Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
MITCON Credentia Trusteeship Services Limited (MCTSL) is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We treat digital accessibility as part of our obligation to investors and to the wider public, not as an optional extra.
Conformance status
This website has been built and reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1 at conformance Level AA, and against the accessibility requirements set out in SEBI circular SEBI/HO/ITD-1/ITD_VIAP/P/CIR/2025/131 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).
Current status: partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that most of the content meets the standard, while some items are still being addressed. Those items are listed under Known limitations below.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated using a keyboard alone, without a mouse.
- A "Skip to main content" link is the first item on every page.
- Page regions are marked up as landmarks so that screen reader users can jump directly to the navigation, the main content or the footer.
- Every page has a unique, descriptive title and a single main heading.
- Headings follow a logical order and are not used purely for visual effect.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Form fields have visible labels that stay on screen while you type, and error messages explain what to correct.
- Text and interface colours meet a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1.
- Text can be enlarged to 200 percent without loss of content or function, and pinch zoom is not blocked on mobile devices.
- The rotating banner on the home page has a visible Pause control, and it starts paused for visitors whose device requests reduced motion.
- Links that open a new window announce that they will do so, and links to PDF files announce the file format.
Compatibility
This website is designed to work with recent versions of the following combinations of browser and assistive technology:
- NVDA with Firefox or Chrome on Windows
- JAWS with Chrome or Edge on Windows
- VoiceOver with Safari on macOS and iOS
- TalkBack with Chrome on Android
The site should work with older browsers, but the experience may be less consistent. JavaScript is required for the navigation menus, the banner and the enquiry forms.
Known limitations
We are aware of the following and are working to resolve them:
- PDF documents. A number of the disclosure documents published on this site are scanned or were produced without an accessibility tag structure. We are converting these to tagged, readable PDFs. If you need any document in an accessible format now, please contact us using the details below and we will supply it.
- Third party content. The embedded map on the Contact page and the external SmartODR dispute resolution portal are provided by third parties. We do not control their accessibility. Our office address is also given as plain text on the Contact page so that the map is never the only way to obtain it.
- Background video. The home page banner uses short silent video clips as decoration. They carry no information and are hidden from screen readers, and they can be stopped with the Pause control on the banner.
